Many of the most important elements of customer experience are invisible: expectations, emotions, trust, and perception.
My work focuses on making those invisible dynamics visible and actionable for organizations.
How Customer-Experience Transformation Actually Happens
Over the past years working across industries – from banking and e-commerce to education and manufacturing, I’ve seen a recurring pattern.
Organizations struggle in translating customer insights into working strategy and business outcomes.
This is why my cooperations mostly started by improving products or services based on Voice of Customer. Then, we slowly shifted into understanding of the broader customer journey. Eventually, the most advanced organizations realized that experience must be designed strategicly and supported by internal capability.
